Includes: 1 Prenatal visit and 1 Postpartum visit with 24/7 messaging access
Available at NO COST to patients with the following insurance companies: Blue Cross Blue Shied PPO, United Healthcare PPO & HMO (No telehealth, In person visits only), Anthem PPO, VA CCN (Community Care Network), MultiPlan and PNOA (logo on card).

*Through TLN it is possible to use your insurance benefits to cover 100% of the visit costs for up to 6 visits. If you are not eligible for insurance coverage, please continue to scheduling. See FAQ for eligibility details and self-pay pricing.

How do I get pre-approved for Insurance covered visits?

What are the visit fees without insurance?
In-person Initial visit (Prenatal or Postpartum): $150
In-person Follow-up: $100
Telehealth Initial visit: $100
Telehealth Follow-up: $75
Lactation Program: $250
Are home visits available?
Home visits must be pre-approved based on availability per provider. Please text 260.782.4666 for availability.
Do you accept Medicaid?
Medicaid plans are not covered through our insurance processor at this time. We believe that lactation care is a human right and should be accessible to all. Please submit a contact form to inquire about sliding scale pricing.
What is an IBCLC?
IBCLC stands for International Board Certified Lactation Specialist. An IBCLC is a healthcare professional trained to help with breastfeeding and lactation. They can provide general education, assess latch, milk production, slow weight gain and even help with many more extensive breastfeeding issues that may present themselves.
