Postpartum Support, Simplified
Sweet Dreams
In the weeks and months after birth, you and your partner have a chance to recharge in order to improve day-to-day clarity and performance. During each 8 hour overnight period, I will follow your infant care routine to afford you the opportunity for the sleep you desire.
A Helping Hand
With 9 hours to use, as needed, and a 1 hour welcome home visit, this is the perfect balance for families desiring short term in-home support for the first weeks with their newborn while receiving the benefits of 24/7 phone and e-mail support and access to a vast resource network.
Getting to Know You
Receive the most fluid support available as I become an extension of your family unit. This package includes 3 visits per week over a 4 week period. Each day includes 3 hours of care that are personalized to your needs and include consistent, unwavering physical and emotional support. This package is easily duplicated for extended contracts.
Welcome Home*
A 3 hour visit after you return home from the hospital or following your home birth. We can discuss your birth while I prepare snacks and a drink for mom, tidy the kitchen and help unpack hospital bags. We will also touch base on feeding methods and answer any questions that have surfaced.
*ask your labor doula if this postpartum package is included in their fee.
